We are seeking highly motivated university graduates ready to contribute hands-on alongside our Finance & Accounting teams as you develop your career. University students who graduated or are graduating from December 2023 to May/June 2024 with an MBA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field __ are encouraged to apply. You will be considered for current and upcoming available new college grad roles. Our MBA Finance & Accounting Rotation Program enables you to work in different capacities across various functions before dedicating to one role. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the different areas of the organization and rapidly grow your professional skills within Western Digital.

We are recruiting for the following areas where you can be hired into a role within the group:

• Business Finance
• FP &A
• Operations Finance
• Treasury
• Accounting

Qualifications

• Available to start full-time employment on Monday, August 5, 2024
• ** Candidates who graduated or are graduating from Dec 2023 to Jun 2024 with an MBA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field**
• Right to work in the US without requiring Western Digital to commence or sponsor an immigration case in order to employ you (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create effective presentations for senior management
• Ability to work both independently and in large, cross-functional team settings
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• 3-5 years minimum corporate work experience a plus
