About This Role
Biogen is searching for a collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented Women’s Mental Health Account Manager to support health care providers (HCPs) treating patients with Post-Partum Depression (PPD). In this field-based role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining critical relationships with OB/ GYN’s, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, Primary Care, other allied health professionals, and support staff. Additionally, the role will leverage account management competencies to increase screening of PPD, driving PPD focused initiatives, and impact PPD treatment pathways in affiliated health groups and systems. The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales plans for their assigned territory.
What You'll Do
As a member of Biogen Team, your main role will be to effectively communicate complex clinical data, protocols, screening and treatment pathways, market access policies as well as patient support services information to hcps and key non-clinical stakeholders. You will utilize your outstanding interpersonal abilities and Biogen’s HCP engagement approach to identify and support the educational needs of all relevant stakeholders. Moreover, you will thoughtfully align Biogen’s product offerings to meet the evolving needs of HCPs in a productive and compliant manner.

The base compensation range for this role is $128,000 to $186,000. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogen’s LTI grants and other incentive programs.
