Purpose Summary:

• Representatives will be responsible for handling the sales of digital and print advertisements through consultative telesales.

• Representatives will provide guidance to customers to build effective advertisements while handling incoming calls and emails, and outbound renewal calls to advertisers.

• Advertising will be their primary duty, and they will assist with some overflow of notice order customers.

• Experience in a call center
  environment is preferred
