    As a member of the Zimmerman InfuZion Internship Program, you will experience advertising in its full glory! You'll be expected to go above and beyond to meet the Client’s goals. Top executives and experienced professionals are available to lend you their expertise to ensure that you are prepared for success.

    Do not be fooled, this program is not for the faint of heart. This 10-week program takes determination, collaboration, and commitment at all levels. The InfuZion experience introduces participants to all facets of the advertising industry, retail, fashion, auto, creative, strategy, media, analytics and more.

    Account Services Intern Responsibilities:

    · Foster Client relationships

    · Respond to Client requests in a timely fashion as needed

    · Interact with Clients as needed on a verbal and written basis

    · Manage production jobs internally and externally with minimal supervision

    · Manage executional aspects of creative development

    · Manage creative timelines

    · Obtain legal substantiation and clearance as needed

    · Manage production budget and estimate generation/Client approvals

    · Develop managerial skills by managing members of the account team as well as extended internal team members from various agency departments

    · Manage internal agency resources such as Billing, Project Management, Creative and Business Affairs

    · Manage Client expectations on specified projects

    · Manage up to immediate supervisor on status of ongoing projects

    · Focus on developing solid time management and workload prioritization skills

    · In an organizational fashion, prioritize workload on a daily basis

    · Complete projects in a timely manner, or as directed

    · Strengthen verbal and written business communications skills

    · Lead internal status meetings as deemed appropriate by team leaders

    · Craft briefs and written correspondence internally as well as externally such as emails, memos and conference reports in a concise fashion with minimal supervision

    · Author drafts of competitive analysis

    · Gain a thorough understanding of basic agency processes inclusive of departments, functions and resources

    · Gain a thorough understanding of the Clients’ competitive landscape in an effort to become a reliable source of timely competitive information for the Client and extended team.

    · Attend agency training classes when provided or as required

    · Gain learnings of agency and integrated team

    · Review and be familiar with all contractual agreements with the Client, vendors and other partnerships.

    · Assist with business and market analysis

    · Distribute daily numbers team-wide

    · Author competitive reports as needed

    · Pull competitive creative as necessary

    · Monitor Competitive Reports

    · Monitor Industry news and press wires

    · Obtain/run requests from competitive sites such as Competitrack to track and execute competitive analysis reports

    Required Skills:

    · Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or similar

    · Program recommended for upcoming Junior or Seniors (with a December 2025 or May 2026 graduation date)

    · Able to commit to Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm for the entire 10 weeks of the program (Tuesday, June 3, 2025 – Friday, August 08, 2025)

    · Must be computer literate with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook with the ability to learn new computer systems

    · Exudes maturity and professionalism in line with that of a full-time associate, and shows dedication and commitment to the program and work performed
