Job Description
Responsible for leading a variety of psychoeducational and activity group curriculum, along with other duties that provide support for clinical staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a variety of gender-specific groups including, but not limited to, activity and psychoeducational
- Maintain accurate documentation of clients' participation and progress while attending group sessions in the electronic medical record system
- Comply with MN Statute Chapter 245G requirements regarding timely paperwork and documentation
- Regularly meet with direct supervisor and attend regular team meetings
- Provide support and intervention in crisis situations
- Maintain professional interaction with clients, staff, interns and community partners while following a strict code of ethics
- Work alongside peers to offer and receive support when needed
- Maintain consistent communication with primary counselors and clinical supervisors regarding client progress and/or issues that may arise during group sessions
This is a part-time position with some day, evening, and weekend hours available-up to 29 hours a week.
