The SEO Associate Analyst will support the development of technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis. S/he will also be responsible for optimizing various site elements, including site structure; content based marketing campaigns and guiding the development of reports which highlight the qualitative and quantitative trends from ongoing SEO efforts. Responsibilities Exhibits the 3Ps of 360i: Passion, Persistence, and Perseverance. Handles work across multiple established clients of intermediate complexity. Shows critical thinking and is resourceful with respect to gathering and processing data into actionable insights and apply these lessons to future situations. Creates and develops basic recurring analytical and technical deliverables that show attention to detail with accurate numbers and grammar. Meets deliverable deadlines, communicating issues affecting timely delivery to Analyst. Exhibits basic command of BrightEdge including dashboard management, data extraction, processing of reports, and identifying opportunities within recommendations provided by the tool. Consults with client IT groups to customize, support and implement an ongoing array of SEO solutions or deliverables and supporting ongoing evaluation of client web technologies / systems and their configuration for SEO visibility. Provides monthly, weekly or ad hoc reporting of natural search campaigns, including: KPI Definition and measurement. Monitors campaign progression as it relates to client goals and objectives, QA ongoing data quality to ensure reporting accuracy and leverage specialized reporting software and data sources for the reporting/analysis process. Creates infographics and data presentations that best communicate data insights to clients, proactively provide analytics and key findings for team and client and knowledgeable in comprehensive keyword research, analysis and selection. Ensures timely delivery of all reporting, translating web analytic insights into SEO best practices or actionable recommendations that improve natural search efforts and assist other departments in implementing search projects. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Computer science, mathematics, statistics or economic majors preferred. 1+ years SEO experience Web technology background that fuels client solution & SEO innovation Web development experience, designing, coding and hosting sites Excel skills including VBA/macro experience and Pivot-tables Experience with API integrations Experience in communicating analyses to clients via PowerPoint Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere Understand user behavior and website activity as it relates to page views, visits, and user marketing experience Fundamental understanding of digital industry as a whole Detail oriented with the ability think outside of the box Must be curious and resourceful Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide Account support Possess strong organizational and presentation skills Other preferred capabilities qualifications: Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics or certifications Hosting and DNS knowledge Experience with technical web site evaluations SQL Database experience Experience with statistical analysis packages, such as SPSS Additional programming skills
