Summer Internship - Culinary, Test Kitchen Blue Apron 396 reviews - New York, NY 10013 Temporary, Internship WHAT'S ON THE MENU The test kitchen intern will be responsible for updating and streamlining our inventory process. They will also help with acquiring all ingredients needed for testing recipes, building recipe kits, and maintaining the test kitchen space including the pantry. The intern will also provide support to the culinary department and ensure the day-to-day processes of recipe testing run smoothly and on schedule. WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN * Build tools for tracking inventory and ingredient procurement for the Test Kitchen and Creative Studio * Help source all ingredients required for recipe tests and special events * Prepare recipe kits for testing * Maintain a stocked pantry with approved ingredients from current vendors, and accurate proteins from the fulfillment centers * Organize and maintain test kitchen space * Provide administrative support for Test Kitchen * Work with Claire King to support content for Food Matters Slack Channel
