JOB SUMMARY:
As Comcast continues to focus on customer experience and product excellence, supply chain management is becoming a key area of focus to enable business growth and expansion. The Comcast Enterprise Solutions team is seeking an Analyst 3 position to play an integral role in defining and driving business insights, while delivering on key supply chain technologies and capabilities. This will help to optimize and improve the effectiveness of supply chain management across the organization and with third party vendors.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Analyze the current integration environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
-Define, develop, deliver, and maintain systems and integration technologies that manage ERP environments.
-As an scrum master responsible sprint planning, reviews, retrospective and daily scrum calls.
-Collaborate with cross functional groups – finance, supply chain and region/divisional team to generate business insights that will enable our business unit to achieve key business objectives.
-Analyze adoption and usage of new functionality delivered by our team and coordinate required change management processes and trainings.
-Represent integration architectures, guidelines, principles, standards, and best practices across the ERP systems architecture.
-Evaluate systems architectures and implement automations that improve systems performance, data reliability, and controls to ensure consistency, while increasing productivity and business value.
-Familiar with SOA concepts and strategies and lead the ongoing efforts to mature out integration solution portfolio.
-Capable of implementing solutions that enables capabilities within cloud-based technologies.
-Collaborate with technology teams to design and deliver technologies that improves efficiencies within supply chain. This includes CI/CD, testing automation, and application monitoring.
-Identify the organizational and financial impact of changes to targeted integration architecture. (For example, on skills, processes, structures, and culture).
-Document necessary architecture design and analysis work, possibly including project postmortem documentation and metric collection.
-Establish, maintain, and report key performance metrics and ensure alignment to established development, operations, and business metrics.
EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION LEVEL:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Combinations of relevant education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Continuous learning, as defined by Comcast’s learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
-Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
-Effective communication skills; ability to tell the story
-Experience with various data analytics tools such as SQL, BI Tools (Tableau, MicroSoft BI, OBIEE), MS Excel
-Preferable experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite (PO, Inventory and Order Management modules)
-Attention to detail and ability to progress multiple projects simultaneously
-High level of intellectual curiosity and can work effectively across functional areas
-Demonstrates ability to maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment and quickly adjust
