Job Summary: Responsible for supporting field technician productivity goals byproviding overall appointment management. Issues credits whenapplicable per company guidelines.- Uses company technology, support tools, and contact systems to thefullest potential and as outlined by established businessprocesses/protocol.- Communicates proactively with field personnel and external customerswith the goal of preventing escalations and improving the customerexperience.- Concentrates on group of field resources, as assigned, by utilizingthe appropriate workforce management system or program.- Inputs data into various databases and company dispositioning systemsused for tracking and reporting in alignment with quality guidelines.- Triages customer service issues using troubleshooting software todetermine root causes and attempts to resolve remotely. Identifiestrends and acts accordingly.- Must meet or exceed established goals and operational performancemetrics.- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
