Storyhunter is looking for a social media intern with a passion for video production and the media industry.
The Ideal candidate has deep understanding of social media distribution landscape, as well as the particular nuances of each platform.
The candidate will be expected to develop innovative social media strategies to promote our blog content and events focusing on professionals in the media and advertising industries. You’ll work closely with marketing team, blog writers and event coordinators to implement and improve social media strategies.
This is a three month internship that requires a commitment of 5 days a week. Successful completion of this internship will likely lead to a FULL TIME paid role a the company.
Responsibilities:
Run and implement Storyhunter’s social media strategy across platforms
Creating native content for social media that is valuable for the Storyhunter community
Coordinating with Storyhunter marketing and sales teams to produce relevant and targeted content
Curate and promote relevant content relevant to our audience of video producers and innovators
Listen to our community and provide critical feedback and suggestions
Work with content and events teams to implement and improve promotional strategies.-
Experience with producing native content for the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Vimeo
A deep passion for video storytelling and the Storyhunter community
Professional experience (internships included) in running social media for yourself, media companies and/or brands
