What You Will Do

1. Customer Advocate - You are the difference between a happy customer and someone paying more for less value with one of our competitors. Our customers deserve the absolute best service when calling in and we know that you can be part of that solution. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service before and during the sale.
2. Trusted Advisor - You will be the difference maker when it comes to how you explain cellular phones while actively listening to our customers’ needs and recommending the perfect technology and service plans to meet their requirements. What some understand about phones, others might not, so it is about taking the time to explain technology in a way that resonates with non-technology users and helping them understand the value of our products.
3. Multitasker - Inbound Sales Representatives bring all their multitasking and people skills to bear when working with our customers. This means data entry on a computer and logging sales, researching solutions, answering customer questions, and asking probing questions all while speaking with our consumers on the phone.

What Skills You Need

1. Right Attitude - Come prepared with an attitude focused on learning, creating great experiences and receiving feedback in a positive way.
2. Goal Oriented - Bring your ability to motivate yourself and drive sales to achieve your bi-weekly commissions and meet your metrics. Your knowledge of satisfying customers and meeting their needs will achieve the results you desire.
3. Experience - At least 1 year of over-the-phone sales experience. Previous experience working with an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is a plus.
4. Office Computer Skills - You will need to come with basic computer skills (general typing, data entry and basic computer operation).
