Position Title: Badging Systems Administrator Position Summary The Security Admin is responsible for managing the badging and security cameras installations and ongoing management for Crown Castle office locations. The Security Admin acts as a liaison between contractors, employees, security, admins, and other internal departments to ensure all parties are aware of company access control procedures. The Security Admin must maintain a high degree of communication skills, organization, and professionalism at all times to ensure all access control issues are efficiently resolved. This position requires a high level of proficiency, knowledge, skill and understanding in the use of security systems. Essential Job Functions * Manage badging requests and emails in a timely manner at all Crown Castle locations. * Identify issues with badging and camera process and equipment. Troubleshoot access, hardware, and software systems in use in conjunction with appropriate vendors. * Maintain and oversee day-to-day operations of C-Cure 9000 badge access control system. * Oversee day-to-day operations of Victor Unified camera system. * Create and modify the SQL reports in the C-Cure system. * Oversee and manage all new sites being brought online in C-Cure 9000 and Victor. * Ability to navigate across multiple systems and databases without difficulty, understand the functions of each, and identify how they work together. * Communicate and provide training for badging and access control information with all on site administrators. * Participate in the updates of Access Control Policies as needed. * Effectively use various software including but not limited to electronic ticketing and management systems and other software packages as needed.
