    Wholesale Coordinator Job ID 605682BR Location Glendale, California, United States Business Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products Date posted Nov. 26, 2018 Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing all operational elements related to driving the business for assigned accounts, including accurate data entry in launching product detail pages, routing and tracking art approvals and sample management. In addition, this role will support the Manager in developing the business and assortment strategies. This position will work closely with cross functional partners including Retail Sales, Retail Marketing, Design, Copy, Franchise and Analytics. Responsibilities: * Maintain product detail page accuracy, quality control and track orders and returns. * Responsible for managing item setup on retailer ecommerce platform * Creates and maintains Attribute sheet for item set up. * Manage and track all production samples as needed. Manages in house samples and archiving process each season. * Works with manager to provide updates to business partners in order to maintain accurate information. Validates information sent on Sales orders by using a systems generated report. * Participate in departmental and team meetings, including departmental cross-functional meetings to discuss delivery status and escalate & resolve issues as necessary. * Provides weekly status updates on any challenges that may arise * Works with IT or account team on creating system efficiencies to help solve for system challenges * Creates and maintains organizational reports as determined by the manager * Learns the technical aspects of the wholesale role as well as relevant trade / sector developments * Extensive cross-functional communication and partnership * Works collaboratively with all internal support departments to ensure merchandise efforts are well communicated * Visits retail competition in order to maintain product awareness and keep current on new products offered, competitive pricing, and presentation standards * Keep management apprised of activities and important information * Provide overall administrative support to wholesale team, including data entry, copying, printing and general filing, as needed Basic Qualifications: * 1-2 years experience in buying, planning, or sourcing. * Full understanding of the components involved in creating a successful merchandise production calendar. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and comfortable adapting to purchasing systems * Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. * Ability to coordinate others and lead a team. * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong organizational skills. * Must be extremely detail oriented * Good communication skills * High motivation, willingness to learn Required Education * Bachelor???s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred; High school degree or equivalent.
