PURPOSE:
The Director of Nursing is accountable and responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the clinical operations of the Surgery Center. The Director of Nursing is responsible to the Administrator. The Director of Nursing coordinates activities routinely, as appropriate, with the Administrator, Medical Director, Business Office Manager, and Quality Improvement Committee.
