FIS is looking for a Teller Product Support Representative to join our Bankway team in Orlando, FL. This position will support our Bankway Teller products, by creatively solving problems, brainstorming possible solutions, creating test scenarios, and communicating the best option(s) to the customer. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of recent experience as a Bank Teller, excellent customer service skills, strong decision-making abilities, and knowledge of the financial industry. The Ideal Candidate: - Has knowledge of FIS' Teller products and services - Is looking to join our team and build a long-term career with FIS - Demonstrates knowledge of the financial services industry - Has previous 2-3+ years of experience with Teller functions outlined below - Has excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients - Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources - Displays excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills - Is persuasive and can influence others on the best approach to take - Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas General Duties and Responsibilities: - Work with clients to research and fix issues such as: Branch Capture, Proof Capture and ATE file processing, Teller Positive Pay processing, CTR Processing, Teller setup, bank security, fraud prevention, available balance, etc. - Fully document problems clearly for submission to programming with clear and concise explanation of the reported issue. - Always strives to be an expert in all features of Bankway and FIS that fall under your area's umbrella. - Promotes the "one-team" philosophy company-wide; no finger pointing and always works well with other areas of our division and other divisions within our company. - Takes full ownership and responsibility for every call and customer interaction. - Adheres to our Call Tracking standards for documenting issue progress and resolution. - Able to successfully manage crisis and knows when to escalate to management. - Continuously improving & learning from peers and experiences WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?
