This program will give you the opportunity to visit stores in your area and help generate sales for Bauerfeind products.

You’ll be educating managers, store associates, and customers about why Bauerfeind products are miles ahead of the rest, all while gaining real world marketing and sales experience.

• Agents will visit 1 store several weekends per month, working 4 hour assisted selling visits for this 6 month program

• You will help educate sales associates on Bauerfeind's products, to ensure employees are knowledgeable on Bauerfeind

• You will educate customers and get them sized appropriately in attempts to generate as many sales as possible

• You will be required to drive your own car to and from these retail stores. Most stores will be within 30 miles of your location

• Each store visit lasts 4 hours

• You will help capture product data through ThirdChannel's platform which is reported back in real time to the Bauerfeind's Corporate office

• Store visits must be completed on weekends ONLY during peak sales hours

• Must have and be able to demonstrate extraordinary communication & organizational skills

• Be comfortable working on your own while receiving remote coaching and supervision

• Possess an outgoing personality with a desire to positively represent the Bauerfeind brand

• Sports medicine or physical therapy knowledge a plus!
