    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will serve as an advanced-level (05) Program Manager or Project Manager/Controller position assigned to a technical program(s) and/or project(s) at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific
    • You will provide expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and stakeholders on critical acquisition, technical, and financial issues related to the program/project.
    • You will develop detailed plans, tasks, milestone dates, and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes and costs throughout the life cycle of the programs/projects.
    • You will lead and complete multidimensional, complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentor others regularly ensuring appropriate succession, and lead others to accomplish complex, cross-organizational goals.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading, managing, and providing program/project management support; and oversees the development of detailed plans, tasks, milestone dates and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes and costs.
