Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will perform the contract actions listed below in support of the Center's primary C4ISR mission and other complementary core competency areas.
• You will be responsible for developing formal solicitations; business clearance memorandums and performing cost and price analysis, as well as cost realism analysis.
• You will be responsible for providing guidance to requirements personnel on acquisition related documents.

Qualification Summary

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing guidance to contract specialist and program/customer personnel in planning, negotiating, and administering contracts; providing contract support.
