  • Responsibilities

    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will provide support on contracting and procurement strategy.
    • You will prepare contracting and acquisition Purchase Requests (PRs).
    • You will provide customer service guidance to the project leads or purchase requester for developing procurement documentation.
    • You will support and process Simplified Acquisitions and contract PRs for supplies and services in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP).
    • You will Perform market research in compliance with NIWC Pacific and Navy procurement regulations and policies.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide support on contracting and procurement strategy and preparing contracting and acquisition Purchase Requests (PRs).
