Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the Center's Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) operations in the area of Funds Processing within the Comptroller Office.
• You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative and analytical duties such as, but not limited to, performing review and/or approval of incoming documents.
• You will research and close out documents, creating and updating desk guides, performing peer audits for work performed by processors and reviewing and resolving complex billing issues.
• You will be using a wide variety of financial systems that include, but are not limited to, Navy ERP/SAP, ADVANA, FIORI Launchpad, and COBRA.
• You will be considered a subject matter expert on incoming funds and invoicing issues and will trouble-shoot and resolve a variety of multifaceted financial issues.

Qualification Summary

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
