Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will interpret, research, and implement policies and regulations related to the Purchase Card Program from a variety of sources.
• You will provide training to Cardholders (CHs) and Approving Officials (AOs) on purchase card policy and procedures.
• You will teach CHs and AOs how to execute and reconcile purchases in Navy Enterprise Resource Program (NERP).
• You will ensure CHs and AOs reconcile their purchases on time each month.
• You will review 30-40 transactions per month to ensure they were executed in compliance with applicable policies and regulations mentioned above.

Qualification Summary

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering Gov't Purchase Card Program functions such as: auditing transactions, training, oversight of various types of purchase card transactions.
