  • Responsibilities

    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will manage day-to-day operations of the NIWC Atlantic Government Commercial Purchase Card Program and ensure compliance with NAVSUPINST 4200.99 series.
    • You will develop policies, establish procedures, and provide oversight on all Government Commercial Purchase Card Program matters.
    • You will oversee the Navy Program Audit Tool (PAT) and ensure Purchase Card Approving Officials complete reviews correctly.
    • You will serve as the Point of Contact for Purchase Card reports, ensuring data is accurately accumulated and reported.
    • You will monitor and maintain training records for all Government Commercial Purchase Card Program participants, including the Head of Activity.
    • You will analyze bank data and transaction records to assist in developing Semi-Annual Reviews.
    • You will provide training on the Navy ERP Solution, instructing Purchase Cardholders and Approving Officials on its functionality.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting AND/OR reviewing administrative audits AND developing investigative reports; providing oversight, guidance, implementing instructions, correspondence AND/OR standard operating procedures on matters pertaining to a GCPC Program.
