Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will lead research, design, development, and deployment of Force Protection and Operations systems, with a focus on Electronic Security Systems, for the Department of Navy and Federal Agencies.
• You will analyze requirements and develop innovative solutions to technical problems.
• You will coordinate with systems engineers, analysts, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• You will conduct meetings, reviews, and life cycle management planning for system implementation.
• You will guide multidisciplinary teams, reviewing deliverables and managing technical tasks.
• You will develop project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and technical reports.
• You will mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth.

Qualification Summary

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 or ND-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervise AND/OR lead the design, development, and sustainment of Force Protection systems, coordinate with teams, resolve technical challenges, manage project planning, and mentor team members for successful execution.
