  • Responsibilities

    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will serve as an USCG Sustainment Operations Team Lead and member of the senior leadership within the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Integrated Product Team (IPT).
    • You will manage complex C5I information systems for Sustainment Operations activities across the USCG Fleet including design, development, and Life Cycle Engineering.
    • You will coordinate execution of team activities with multiple internal and external stakeholders to include Echelon II and FLAG/SES levels.
    • You will plan, manage, and execute strategic resource planning, budgeting, acquisition, and work agreement requirements supporting both team and IPT activities.
    • You will ensure project communications meet sponsor/customer requirements, are prompt, complete, and professionally presented.
    • You will facilitate team development, mentor new professionals, and develop both project and task leaders.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or ND-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading and managing multiple complex Fleet C5I systems projects simultaneously through development, integration, and sustainment support activities AND developing and executing plans managing complex dynamic cost, schedule, performance, and risk management requirements.
