    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements.
    • You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain customer hardware and software.
    • You will ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of customer support services.
    • You will execute IT store RDT/E requirements, including hardware/software ordering, software transfers, shipment receipt, inventory/shipment verification, and reconcile shipping fees.
    • You will oversee/perform with in-depth knowledge of mathematical, physical, and engineering work that involves the application of, or research into engineering methods and techniques to store, manipulate, transform or present information.
    • You will oversee/perform research on Scientific work that involves the application of, or research into computer science methods and techniques to store, manipulate, transform or present information by means of computer systems.

    Qualification Summary

    In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band ND-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing IT technical support for a large customer base, such as installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer hardware and software. Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of customer support services.
