Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will support the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s Acquisition, Logistics and Personnel Systems (ALPS) IPT and the Naval Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) project.
• You will be required to make recommendations on cost, schedule, performance, and risk management in support of the NESD Consolidation.
• You will provide direct program management acquisition support for the project and will be responsible for analysis, reporting, coordinating and facilitating IPT meetings and working groups to meet project objectives.
• You will exercise the use of independent judgment and apply critical decision making to the application of programmatic guidance.
• You will serve as the liaison for the Navy Help Desk Consolidation effort.

Qualification Summary

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Proven ability to track cost, schedule, risk, and performance on major, complex projects; Customer service/people related skill sets; AND Expert working knowledge in design, development and application of Program Acquisition Management processes. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
