Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will manage, lead, and perform work that involves developing, delivering or supporting IT systems and services.
• You will develop, implement, and maintain information systems, Cyber Security programs, policies, procedures, and/or tools to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and/or data.
• You will manage and complete multidimensional, complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentor others regularly ensuring appropriate succession, and leads others to accomplish complex, cross-organizational goals.
• You will provide significant engineering and technical risks/issues management and make technical recommendations for architectural changes to resolve systemic problems with a System of Systems approach.
• You will remain cognizant of new capabilities and technologies across DoD and industry, review for relevance to the system and make recommendations for component and architecture upgrades.
• You will participate in technical design meetings and reviews to ensure timely development, testing and implementation of capabilities.
• You will capture design details and relevant information to support selection of design trade-offs.

Qualification Summary

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band NO-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and implementing information systems, Cyber Security programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and/or data. In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
