Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will develop, analyze and manage strategic facilities planning efforts and initiatives to guide NIWC Pacific facility investments.
• You will execute supervisory duties in accordance with the Basic Standards of the Supervision Contribution Element detailed in the Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) contribution matrix.
• You will analyze, recommend, plan, coordinate, and execute courses of action for selected facilities projects.
• You will manage MILCON planning efforts and external coordination; facilitate requirements gathering and analyze for current and future fiscal year facilities projects.

Qualification Summary

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and planning courses of action for facility planning, space management, facilities environmental planning, MILCON projects, minor construction and repair projects, and/or construction management.
