  • Responsibilities

    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will be responsible for supervision, planning, and coordination of all personnel and facilities assigned to the Branch.
    • You will coach and counsel subordinates; actively supporting EEO programs, process improvement initiatives, prevention of fraud, waste and mismanagement, safety/environmental and security requirements for assigned functions.
    • You will provide research, analysis, systems engineering, design, development, and/or test and evaluation using innovative methods to ensure state of- the-art underwater surveillance systems are delivered to Department of Navy (DoN).
    • You will be required to interface with management and technical personnel from other laboratories, government agencies, and program sponsors
    • You will manage principles and processes; the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assists with providing research, analysis, systems engineering, design, development, and/or test and evaluation using innovative methods to ensure state of- the-art underwater surveillance systems are delivered to Department of Navy (DoN) and Intelligence Communities (IC) programs.
