Major Duties (Job Description)

• You will perform Supervisor duties over 4-6 Level 5 APCs, NO-05 and NO-04 Administrative Specialists.
• You will be responsible for assigning workload to employees; providing oversight of work products; and mentoring personnel.
• You will oversee the training of Purchase card holders and approving officials.
• You will assist with developing and maintaining training materials and instruction criteria for GSA/FSS training and designated refresher training for both cardholders and approving.
• You will oversee preparation of formal presentations and ad hoc training for management as needed.

Qualification Summary

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Monitoring the Purchase Card program and conducts audits of purchase cardholders and approving official transactions.
