    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will serve as Branch Head supporting the 4.2 CAO Competency.
    • You will be responsible for a wide range of management activities involved in leading a diverse workforce of Information Technology (IT) Specialists, technicians and engineers.
    • You will be involved in the design, construction, and operation of computer systems, including hardware and software and their integration for C4I Systems.
    • You will provide supervision, technical leadership, planning, program/project development, business development, coordination and management of all aspects of the program/project, personnel and facilities of employees assigned to the Branch.
    • You will establish work objectives and evaluate work of subordinates, exercise full authority as a member of the sub pay pool panel, recommends ratings, awards, and promotions.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with providing guidance in personnel actions such as hiring/performance issues; and assisting with developing policies for department staffing, facilities, safety, security, information assurance and/or other administrative activities necessary to ensure efficient and consistent implementation of higher-level requirements. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
