    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will serve as the Navy Cyber Situational Awareness (NCSA) APM in support of the PMW 130 Cybersecurity and Information Assurance program office within PEO C4I.
    • You will lead a geographically-dispersed software development team in an IPT construct to manage cost, schedule, and performance for the NCSA program.
    • You will demonstrate experience with agile software development principles and Software Acquisition Pathway.
    • You will perform oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, contracting, budget planning and execution of assigned programs.
    • You will coordinate preparation of program acquisition/integration documentation.
    • You will ensure tasks executed/contracts awarded are in accordance with appropriate guidelines.
    • You will incorporate industry and government best practices to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
    • You will demonstrate experience with pre-award system development contract activities.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or DP-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading a geographically-dispersed software development team in an IPT construct to manage cost, schedule, and performance for the Navy Cyber Situational Awareness (NCSA) program. Experience with agile software development principles and Software Acquisition Pathway. Cloud experience desired.
