Major Duties (Job Description)
- You will serve as the Shore Tactical Assured Command and Control (STACC) APM in support of the PMW 160 Tactical Networks program office within PEO C4I.
- You will lead a geographically-dispersed team to manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance of more than $70M per year for the design, deployment, and fleet support for Shore Tactical Assured Command and Control (STACC).
- You will demonstrate experience with requirements definition and prioritization working with external and internal stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for spend plan development, and Procurement (Hardware and Software) planning, execution, and management.
- You will apply risk management tools and techniques to manage cost, schedule and performance for assigned program(s), evaluate performance outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
- You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered, and continually monitor program execution.
- You will ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of Navy directives, PEO policy and other relevant guidance and coordinate preparation of program acquisition/integration documentation.
- You will effectively communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities.
- You will lead coordination across industry and Department of Defense activities, Program Management Offices, to ensure program acquisition strategy meet user capability requirements and are executable with acceptable risk.
Qualification Summary
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
