  • Responsibilities

    🔸 Launch and Scale a National Fundraising Engine: Help build and manage our digital storefronts to convert donated “Treasure Trove” items into wish grants for children battling pediatric cancer. You’ll oversee the eBay for Charity store, manage our Shopify storefront for Adventure Ted merchandise, and drive traffic through Google Ads.

    🔸 Make Real Impact Through Digital Strategy: Every sale you help drive contributes directly to funding our mission—sending families on Adventure Ted’s VIP Enchanted Theme Park Experience, funding emergency grants, and more.

    🔸 Lead Adventure Ted’s Treasure Hunt: Work closely with our Treasure Hunter Committee and Brand Ambassadors to process incoming donated items, oversee listings, and optimize auctions. As items sell, you’ll coordinate with donors to ship products directly to buyers using labels we provide.

    🔸 Work Alongside Mission-Driven Teammates: Join a team of communications and operations members who are fueling a steady pipeline of donated items. Your role turns those items into real, trackable impact.

    🔸 Drive Results with Paid Ads: Launch and manage targeted Google Ads campaigns to drive buyers to our eBay store and Adventure Ted Shopify store. Use performance data to continuously improve reach and conversion.

    🔸 Collaborate Consistently: Participate in weekly check-ins with your CCS point of contact and leadership team to align on strategy, review analytics, and scale efforts together.

  • Qualifications

    🔸 E-Commerce Familiarity: Experience with eBay Seller Hub and Shopify dashboards. Confident in listing optimization, pricing strategy, and storefront management.

    🔸 Google Ads Certified: Must have Google Ads certification with experience running campaigns (Search, Display, or Shopping).

    🔸 Organized & Strategic: Ability to handle multiple listings, track sales, and structure advertising campaigns to support both short-term sales and long-term visibility.

    🔸 Collaborative & Purpose-Driven: Comfortable working with brand ambassadors, donors, and a communications team focused on sourcing inventory and growing awareness.

    • Google Ads Certified with hands-on campaign experience

    • Shopify & eBay management experience (or confidence to learn quickly)

    • Strong understanding of e-commerce strategy and analytics

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
