Energetic Executive Assistant ($20/hr+)
Seeking an Energetic, Committed Executive Assistant To Complete Our Team- Starting September Part Time with option go to Full Time Position in 2017(Kew Gardens, New York)
As a small non-profit, team members play many different roles. We are seeking a knowledgeable and energetic executive assistant to assist with running our daily operations.
The Executive assistant role is critical to the success of the organization because he or she will be the one to keep things flowing smoothly.
We are a close knit team of individuals committed to changing lives and making a positive impact on the World providing resources, programs, information and support to individuals with a chronic disorder.

Responsibilities:
Superior attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Organizational Skills and ability to Prioritize Tasks.
Friendly demeanor as you will have contact with our members along with a professional outlook.
Be a flexible team player with the ability to work on your own and meet deadlines.
Facilitating and assisting with the development and implementation of our fundraising events, Symposiums, Men's and Women's Retreats and Meetings on the Road.
Assist with event planning and have a presence to help oversee our meetings on the road.
Some tasks would include taking the kids on a day trip during our meeting (with additional chaperones) or overseeing registration, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An ability to set and meet deadlines
Willing to travel some weekends between April & May, September -- November to assist with meetings on the road and retreats
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Drop Box, Constant Contact, Social Media (Facebook)
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and apply them when needed.
A Drivers License and Car
