Electrical Engineering - Shell Graduate Programme
Electrical Engineers support run and maintain operations at the Shell Sites. Duties include quality assurance activities, compliance with electrical safety requirements, maintaining electrical equipment files, training, development/updating of procedures, etc. The Electrical Engineer provides technical support to operations and maintenance for electrical equipment. They works to improve equipment reliability by providing the Quality Assurance role for Electrical Equipment and performing investigation of failures, determination of root causes, and development of corrective action plans. The Electrical Department focuses on identifying long-term electrical reliability problems and solutions that will minimize failures. Other duties include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance development, history tracking, spare parts identification, and Operations interface / training.

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
You must have a minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.20
Candidates for regular U.S. positions must be a U.S. citizen or national, an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, asylee, temporary resident, or an individual who possesses valid work authorization. Individuals with temporary visas (H-1, H-2, J-1, F-1, etc.) or who require sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for hire.
In some instances, we are able to provide work authorization sponsorship for PhD and Master’s candidates in certain disciplines.
