ABOUT THE JOB

The Events Manager is responsible leading a team of retail reps who provide direct consumer engagement of Reliant services at retailers in your community. In partnership with Reliant, 2020 will train you to uncover consumer needs and overcome objections with a client-focused approach. Your role will be to find and schedule local events, monitor and drive performance, and ensure follow-through on policies and procedures.  2020 trains its teams to be flexible, engaging, and adept at solving problems to succeed in any environment.

• Uncovering event opportunities in and around the community
• Responsible for leading team in sales and driving daily sales performance
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
• Ensure event(s) and team members are meeting client expectations
• Assist team members with closing sales
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Assist in resolving customer complaints on a daily basis
• Accurately track inventory receipt and count as appropriate
• Ordering event supplies as needed
• Maintain organization and working relationship with applicable third–party storage facility
• Schedule, assist and approve team member events
• Maintain upkeep of event merchandise, signage, and equipment
• Create and submit event schedules on a weekly basis
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

• Regular and prompt attendance
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota /goals
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
• Ensure team meets established weekly/monthly sales goals/quota
