What You’ll Do…

This position is located in Houston, TX. Our intern program philosophy is to “recruit once, hire twice” with the hope to hire interns back into full-time or return internship roles.

The internship program assignments are 10-14 weeks in duration and are full-time hybrid internships. The summer 2025 internship is expected to begin on May 19, 2025.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assignment to one or more projects or functional teams as a valued contributor. Your ideas, motivation, and outsider perspective can have a positive impact on meeting business objectives.
• Work with your professional mentor to create a plan for a major project or series of smaller projects. This work will define the bulk of your internship and determine the type of skills you develop.
• Exposure to an IT Leadership team committed to a positive intern experience. You will present your project(s) to the leadership team throughout the intern period.
• Apply organizational abilities, time management, and basic computing skills to delivering high-quality assignments, including presentations, spreadsheets, internal communications, project plans, and other solutions.

What You’ll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future; Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. To qualify, your university and/or permanent address must be more than 50 miles from your work location.
