    What You’ll Do…

    The LIFT Rotational Development Program is the ideal opportunity for someone who has a curiosity to learn and understand all facets of the Summit ESP, A Halliburton Service, Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) business.  Participants in the Program will be exposed to the full Summit ESP business cycle, from Product Engineering to Manufacturing, from Sales to Field Operations and more.  Having the opportunity to train and learn about an entire business gives you a fantastic advantage to grow without boundaries.  

    The LIFT Rotational Development Program:

    1. Focuses on exposure and development of your overall knowledge of the ESP business.  
    2. Gives you the opportunity to figure out what your interests are and where your skills are strongest so you can move into a starting role that provides immediate value to the business.

      

    Program Summary:

    Nine (9) month rotational program broken in two phases.  Phase 1 – Six (6) months of rotational training in key areas of the business – Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Sales and Well-Monitoring.  Phase 2 – three (3) month assignment in an area of focus that aligns with your interests and the needs of the business.  

    • Phase 1 is heavily weighed on Rotation Supervisor evaluation on participant completing learning objectives and engagement.  Phase 2 will have defined business deliverables and include active mentoring.  
    • Possible assignment focus areas (including but not limited to): Sales, Account Management, Product Engineering, Reliability, Field Operations and Well-Monitoring.  
    • Structured training and development curriculum in the ESP business.

       

    What You’ll Bring to Our Team

    Qualifications:

    • Majors Desired: Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Petroleum, Industrial, Engineering Technology, Sciences (Geology, Math, Physics), Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar disciplines. 
    • **Desired Qualifications: ** Strong communication skills, flexibility in relocating; relevant intern/co-op experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish or Arabic a plus
    • Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada or those needing visa sponsorship presently or in the future, will not be considered.
