About the Role:
The HR Strategy & Operations (HRSO) Summer Intern will be an integral part of the HR Strategy & Operations team. The HRSO intern will gain exposure to and work across a variety of projects associated with all aspects of HR Strategy & Operations. You will engage in a rotational program working with a variety of team members and supporting a variety of projects across Workday Operations, People Insights (data & analytics), Website & Platform management, HR PMO, HR Compliance & HR Enablement.
This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.
You Will:
Complete specific project based work across each of our HRSO areas of practice including but not limited to:
Assisting with our Workday optimization project including data and insights and reporting
Working across aspects of our People Team Enablement program (training, meetings, decks, playbooks, newsletters, policies)
Gaining technical understanding and assisting with projects associated with our People team online sites and systems
Participating in HR Compliance activities and create governance documents and structures
You Have:
An intrinsic curiosity to learn and a desire to innovate
Interest in process improvement and organizational efficiency
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, including Google Sites and Forms
NYC Pay Range: $21.00/hour
