About the Role:

The HR Strategy & Operations (HRSO) Summer Intern will be an integral part of the HR Strategy & Operations team. The HRSO intern will gain exposure to and work across a variety of projects associated with all aspects of HR Strategy & Operations. You will engage in a rotational program working with a variety of team members and supporting a variety of projects across Workday Operations, People Insights (data & analytics), Website & Platform management, HR PMO, HR Compliance & HR Enablement.

This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.

You Will:

• Complete specific project based work across each of our HRSO areas of practice including but not limited to:

• Assisting with our Workday optimization project including data and insights and reporting

• Working across aspects of our People Team Enablement program (training, meetings, decks, playbooks, newsletters, policies)

• Gaining technical understanding and assisting with projects associated with our People team online sites and systems

• Participating in HR Compliance activities and create governance documents and structures

You Have:

• An intrinsic curiosity to learn and a desire to innovate

• Interest in process improvement and organizational efficiency

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

• Strong project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, including Google Sites and Forms

NYC Pay Range: $21.00/hour
