Account Executive - Outside Sales Representative
The Account Executive at Environmental Construction Specialists (ECS) plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships within the asbestos and environmental abatement industry. We are looking for an individual to engage directly with key stakeholders, including restoration companies, property management firms, and building engineers, to promote ECS’s services and uncover new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Building. • Schedule and lead meetings between ECS management and existing clients to foster strong partnerships. • Develop and maintain relationships with key people at property management companies, building engineers, and restoration companies to expand ECS’s market presence. • Meet with and build relationships within restoration companies, identifying and connecting with key personnel such as project managers, operations managers, owners, and general managers. • Actively manage and grow a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities. Sales & Business Development • Cold call restoration companies to build a robust referral network. • Follow up with existing client relationships to explore service needs, project opportunities, and potential expansions. • Identify and pursue national and regional sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s strategic growth goals. Industry Representation • Serve as ECS’s representative at key industry events. • Network and engage with industry leaders to enhance ECS’s reputation and visibility in the market. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the construction, environmental services, or property restoration sectors. • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for uncovering new business opportunities. • Ability to travel locally and nationally as needed. • Familiarity with asbestos abatement or restoration services is a plus but not required. Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 yearly
