    Position duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Performs a variety of budgetary, administrative, and statistical functions to support budget execution.
    • Prepares, initiates and tracks financial transactions.
    • Tracks and reviews time reporting of branch personnel.
    • Reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations, and directives.
    • Maintains official records and assists with maintenance of R&D case files.

    Required Qualifications

    • United States Citizenship
    • The ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
    • Must have one year of experience at the DU-01 (or equivalent) grade level

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience in record management
    • Clerical work with commonly used MS Office/Data based applications
    • General clerical/assistant/support work
    • Experience of following Air Force and organizational policies, directives, and procedures
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • The ability to work independently and proactively
