    THIS IS AN OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION! WE OFFER COMPETITIVE PAY $18.00/HR, GREAT HOURS MONDAY - FRIDAY AND A FUN WORKING ENVIRONMENT!!! JOB SUMMARY In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting potential new customers that have small businesses across the US and upselling them on current products. Success in this role is measured by hitting and exceeding monthly and weekly sales goals and consistently staying ahead of daily metrics all in a team-focused environment. This position will include establishing strong business relationships with leads, including data gathering and leading the customer on the journey to becoming a customer. You're literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you. So only the awesome need apply. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Connects with potential customers and aim to turn every call into a sales opportunity
    • Handles various incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls
    • Promotes and sells client products and services by emphasizing product features based on customers' needs
    • Utilizes computer system to verify and document customer requests
    • Continually improves knowledge of company services and promotions
    • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
    • Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues

So what do you say? Ready to take the next step? JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • A minimum of 2 to 3 years' preferred of successful B2B sales and/or Incentive Based Sales experience PREFERABLY within the last 3-5yrs
    • Customer service experience a plus
    • Outbound phone-related sales and customer service a major plus
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Ability to overcome objections and answer technical questions, comprehend customer's needs and react quickly.
    • Solid business and sales knowledge
    • Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution
    • Ability to build rapport quickly, and be persuasive without making the customer feel pressured
    • Ability to use phone and computer systems
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong listening/comprehension skills
    • Ability to stay composed and objective
    • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
    • Working knowledge of dialer functionality and call campaigns
