We are currently hiring for Social Media Content Moderators in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. This position will be work at home, but will return to onsite at some point in the future, when determined safe to do so, with current Covid requirements. WHILE WORKING FROM HOME, THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER THAT MEETS SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.
JOB SUMMARY Social Media Content Moderators are responsible for viewing user-generated content on our clients' platform that may consist of graphic videos, images and text; to ensure the content posted meets the social media community guidelines, and escalates any content that violates those policies. Content Moderators are intregral in helping to provide a safe and positive experience for all users. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Review content (video, image, text) and conduct the content quality control, ensuring the content complies with local policies and regulations
Become and remain knowledgeable about online community standards
Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content
Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
Escalate issues that are outside the company policies

WORKING CONDITIONS WORK ENVIRONMENT This will be a work from home position initially, and will then transition to working from the site at a future date. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Constant sedentary work. You'll typically be sitting for most of the time, so be sure to get up and stretch once in a while. Your circulatory system will thank you.
