The 711th Human Performance Wing seeks an experienced Product Area Lead to drive the development, validation, and transition of cutting-edge biotechnologies for military and commercial use. The role focuses on projects such as wearables, sensors, fitness/nutrition interventions, neurocognitive training, neuromodulation, and biophysiological recovery, aligning them with national defense and public health priorities.

Required Qualifications
This position may be filled as a 5-year Flexible Length and Renewable Term Technical Appointment (new government hires, current government term employees, etc.) with the option to later convert to a permanent appointment.

This position is Critical Sensitive (Top Secret/SCI) position. Applicants must possess at least a Secret Clearance and be eligible for and maintain a Top-Secret/SCI Clearance.

This position may require travel.
This is an Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) positions and requires a Level 2 certification (Practitioner). The employee must meet, or be capable of meeting, Defense Acquisition Work Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements applicable to the duties of the position.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year or 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade of position being advertised, or equivalent in other pay systems.
