The AFRL Integrated Capabilities Directorate (AFRL/RS) seeks an experienced leader to serve as the Business Integration Branch Chief within the Integration & Operations Division (AFRL/RSI).
Position duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as the Business Integration Branch Chief (AFRL/RSIB) within the Integrated Capabilities Directorate, Integration & Operations Division (AFRL/RSI).
- Supervises a multidisciplinary team overseeing the operations of the organization to include, but not limited to; facilities, logistics, DTS, GPC, A&AS contract oversight, strategic alliances and management of organizational agreements, STINFO, and the Director's Inspection Management Board (DIMB).
- Analyzes complex operational problems and develops creative solutions providing time and toil reduction to the organization.
- Develops and implements streamlined procedures and processes designed to maximize staff effectiveness, aligning to organizational goals and objectives, while also meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Oversees the requirement process for the acquisition of products and services using the GPC and associated contracting vehicles to provide the best value to the organization.
- Responsible for the management and oversight of the directorate's A&AS contract in addition to the development and maintenance of internal and external organizational agreements.

Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Sensitive (TS/SCI) security clearance
- Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience (SES) related to the position duties at the next lower grade (DO-02/GS-13 equivalency).
- Proven experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Applicants must have extensive verbal and written skills with the ability to speak to senior leadership
- Applicants must be able to meet the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards of the occupational series assigned when the position is filled. - The incumbent may be subject to random drug testing
- Position is eligible for situational telework but the employee must live within the commuting area of Wright-Patterson AFB
