    Job Overview

    This job posting may be used to fill anticipated DR, DO, DU, and DX Scientist and Engineering (S&E) permanent, modified term, or Flexible Length and Renewable Flexible Term vacancies with a full-time or part-time work schedule at various locations utilizing the Direct Hire Authority (DHA) approved by the Office of Personnel Management.

    This direct hire authority is for Department of Defense’s Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratories (STRLs).

    • Modified and Flexible Length and Renewable Flexible Term appointments may be extended or noncompetitively converted to a career appointment.
    • Travel allowances, incentives and/or student loan repayment may or may not be offered.
