    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The E-Merchandising Manager will support Parfum Christian Dior’s online business, helping to drive Dior.com success by leveraging Dior's digital site merchandising tools to bring the brand to life through its product assortment across Dior.com. The E-Merchandising Manager will take ownership of delivering on the brand’s merchandising strategy behind all merchandisable areas across Dior.com and will support the weekly and monthly product launches throughout the calendar year.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    E-MERCHANDISING STRATEGY

    • Adapt global E-Merchandising strategies to US market for all products, overseeing timely launch on the site, including reviewing Global Animation Kits and reviewing product information, assets, and translations
    • Monthly product launches and partnering with Global E-Merchandising team to ensure cohesive brand messaging is adapted for the US Market
    • Analyze on-site search trends to propose strategic enhancements for on-site merchandising to drive traffic and conversion
    • Evaluate new and existing Product Pages and present key optimizations and recommendations to global stakeholders
    • Monitor the competitive landscape to deliver on-site optimizations based on competitive trends (in and outside of the industry).

    PRODUCT SET UP

    • Utilize E-Merchandising Platforms to ensure SKUs are correctly set up and active on the site for launch
    • Implement monthly catalog additions within Virtual Try-On platform

    FRONT-END QA SUPPORT:

    • Check site and identify any potential issues
    • Ongoing site and related KPI analyses to identify trends, bugs, anomalies, and areas of opportunity.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4+years of experience in an E-Merchandising role preferred
    • Natural business and analytical acumen
    • Prior experience with SAP/AX and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is strongly preferred
    • Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious and solutions-oriented
    • Fluency in excel and Powerpoint. Open to learning new platforms and systems.
    • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and follow-through skills are required
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Passionate about Digital and E-Commerce
    • Team player with initiative, ability to prioritize, multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail, and thrive in fast-paced environment
