    Military Hiring Initiative - General Application for Entry Level Equipment Operators in San Antonio, TX Department: CPS (Military) Location: San Antonio, TX MILITARY MEMBERS MUST UPLOAD THEIR DD-214 AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS Cudd Energy Services is seeking Military Service Members that are transitioning out of the service and available to start work within the next six months (ALL MOS'S and NEC's) or separated veterans for positions within our Stimulation (hydraulic fracturing) department. Applicants must have a strong desire to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry. AVAILABLE POSITIONS: - CDL Driver/Equipment Operator - Non-DOT Equipment Operator - Mechanic - HSE Safety Coordinator - Sand and Logistics Coordinator Descriptions: - The primary role of the CDL Driver/Equipment Operator is to assist with the operation of equipment, rig up and rig down equipment, perform basic maintenance of equipment, maintain and submit drivers logs and time sheets in a timely fashion, and follow required safety and operational procedures. - The primary role of the Mechanic is to maintain and repair a variety of equipment including diesel engines, heavy trucks, pumping equipment, lifting equipment, and other oilfield-related equipment, under general supervision. - The primary role of the Safety Coordinator is to facilitate compliance with the Companys quality, safety, health, and environmental programs for the designated district. - The Primary role of the Sand and Logistics Coordinator is to collaborate with business operations and suppliers to ensure receipt and shipment of materials, ensure all inventory records are maintained with complete accuracy, c oordinates for proper quality controls and approvals with business operation and Manages and coordinates all transactions between multiple storage locations . QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/ or ability required. Requirements: Equipment Operator - Class A CDL license with tanker endorsement, hazmat preferred, and a satisfactory driver record with no DWI convictions within the past three (3) years or current DWI charges. MILITARY SERVICE IN LIEU OF CLASS A CDL Mechanic - The ability to read various schematics, 2 years of technical experience or training, must have your own tools, good operational knowledge of oilfield equipment, relevant certifications are a plus not a requirement. HSE Safety Coordinato r - Experience with coiled tubing, snubbing, nitrogen, fracturing, acidizing and pressure pumping preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Previous experience in oil and gas services industry. OSHA 10 and 30 Certifications. Sand and Logistics Coordinator - Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in Inventory Control/Materials Management for oilfield services; completion and remedial (hydraulic fracturing/coil tubing) experience, 2+ years of working experience performing materials management in an environment with chemicals, acid and proppants used in hydraulic fracturing applications, Associate or bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Language Skills Advanced public speaking and presentation skills; must be able to clearly communicate ideas and information throughout all levels in the organization in English. Computer Skills Must be able to use a Windows-based personal computer. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position may be required to complete a functional test quantifying the physical requirements for the essential functions of the position. Employee must be physically able to perform all essential job functions required in this position, with or without a reasonable accommodation. While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, stand, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, hear, talk and smell. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. May be required to wear or use a respirator.
