As a YouTube Strategist, you'll help to advance the gospel by leading the administrative processes and long-term strategy of the YouTube channels of Elevation Church.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimize, schedule, and publish videos across multiple YouTube channels
• Review and analyze video and channel performance data
• Research and pitch strategies to grow our YouTube presence
• Plan and launch new channels as they are requested by Elevation Church

MUST-HAVES

• Experience with and knowledge of the YouTube platform
• Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites (Excel, Google Drives, etc)
• Self-starter and highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong comfort level responding to a fluctuating workload
• Highly organized, adaptable, and administrative with a strong ability to execute with precision
• Great communication skills
• Love working on a team and a desire to constantly be learning

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Familiarity with Elevation Church
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, writing, communication, or public relations
• Experience with content strategies
